The investigation into David Sequeira, 24, of 38 Benedict St., began in December 2018, after the Norwalk Police Department's Special Services Division received information that he was selling large quantities of marijuana around the city of Norwalk, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake.

Special Services Officers initiated an investigation during which they made multiple purchases of marijuana from Sequeira, Blake said.
